Strange Rock

I was in Silverbrand and I saw a coal rock that had been completely destroyed. When I clicked on it it said an engraving is in this rock "in rememberance of Alkuurg Bloodburner-another orc bites the dust" Umm how? I mean the rock had obviously been destroyed by someone mining it and then it said it has an engraving. Strange.

oh please, I think it's permenantly destroyed, who knows, but there are tons of unrealistic things, don't complain.
