An abandoned baby

A neatly written parchment has been pinned at the town board. The handwriting is curved and though it appears to be the one of a noble one, it's easy to figure out that it must be from a young girl though.

Today I've found a baby at the harbour. Apparantly it has been abandoned, because it was wrapped in cloths and only a short note with the name upon it was found with him.

It is a boy and his name is Joshua. I think he is only a few days old.
Does someone know about this baby or know its parents? That would be really helpful.

When the parents of this child read this, please try to find me in Trolls Bane. Whatever the problem is why you abandoned the child, I'm sure there is a way to solve it. Thomas Tiefensee and myself will take care of the baby meanwhile, but any help or advice is welcome...

Galienne, if you need help in any way feel free to ask me. An abandoned child is nothing to be ignored. Gods bless you and your kindness for tending to this child in his time of need.
