Art contest

Hear people of Troll's Bane,

I want to open an Illarion art gallery. But therefore I need some ressources. So there's a contest with two different categories:

1. Hand-drawn pictures
Paint a picture according to the game. It should include people, landscapes, villages, monsters, or something else fitting into the scenery.

2. copyright free images
Search in the internet or other ressources for copyright free(!!!) images fitting to the scenery. Please don't use pictures from AD&D, DSA, Magic The Gathering or something!!!

Prizes
All pictures will be viewed on my homepage. There will be a vote. And here are the prizes:

1st contest

1st place 50 silver
2nd 25 silver
3rd 15 silver
4th and 5th 5 silver

2nd contest

1st place 25 silver
2nd 15 silver
3rd 10 silver
4th and 5th 5 silver

To take part send your pictures to contest@neonfire.net . You can participate in both competitions. If you choose the 2nd contest, please include the source URL of your image in the mail. And don't forget to add your Illarion nickname to the mail.

The vote will start on 23th of August (in three weeks). On 30th of August the vote finishes and the winner will be notificated by mail.

Last important fact: If you send in images, you accept that they are published on http://www.illarion.de, http://www.moonsilver.de and/or http://www.neonfire.net.

What about Items for the game ? Sounds like a third contest !

hand-drawn pics?
do i HAVE to paint em with my "hands"? or can i paint pic with computer (or try) and still be in competion 1.?

Okay, to specify the task some more:

I don't want little pics which can be used for the game ... so there's one more aquirement for the pics: minimum size of 800x600 ... sure you can make them with the computer, but it should not look artificial! It is for an art gallery with art from THIS time in the game, so I thought not about photos or renderings. Paintings would fit well but if you are good in making graphics on the computer feel free to do it this way!
