I, Fooser the First Proclaim:

Indeed I was drunk and incapacitated earlier, but in my waking state it has come to my attention that there are many illnesses on the island, not so much disease, but problems. Guards refusing to help halflings from a murderer, orcs being hated blindly, assassins running through the streets (or are those guards, I cant tell), and economic problems, it is horrible! Therefore a protest is needed, because the authorities of the island have failed you, and the people need more options! The island can be improved, join the noble cause!

-A more united island, the bickering and nonsense that engulfs our island is truly pitiful.

Since the guard seem too busy to help us, it seems us halflings must deal with our own problems. Now you see, because of Pendar's actions, we are being threatened, and Pendar refuses to help us. I frankly agree with Fooser, despite the fact he spends much of his time drunk. He'd do a better job than some idiot guard who only controls that town through sheer luck and the stupidity of others.

The Chancellor came today, there was food and much rejoicing! I believe justice was also done today within the library, and even more rejoicing is needed. The evil slime which infest much of the land will soon regress back into their shameful origins!!

A note is written in a strange script that is of no language found on Gobaith. It looks like strange shapes made from lines and dots. On the same note is this brief translation...

Pfft...Drunken lizard...What do you know of empires...I shall rule all! Now bring me my fish damnit!

It is first signed with the same script, as script that reads vertically. After that is is signed simply "Tabbytha Talismir, princess of the Maraowski house of Marasad. P.S.- Meow!
