How do you log on, i downloaded the thing and I have a character and account, but do I put in my Account name of my characters. or is the sever STILL down

1) Did you add the character stats? Online...

2) Server was allright 5 mins ago

Edit: Yea i did put the stats in, where is says name do I put my account or character's name?
