Three languages, shops changes?

I have some questions.

1. I have three languages, my racial language, common language and us language? What is us language and how do i use it?

2. The prices for planes and carving tools were yesterday 12/09-05 165 but today 13/09-05 they are 55 does such changes as these happen often?

1) US language means you are using the US client.

2) I have seen NPC price changes. One day I saw the dwarf outside of Silverbrand selling axes for 7 copper, then later on (a few days/week) he sold for 12 or so.

If they only need a translater to make other clients i'll be happy to translate to a swedish client, but i would never use it because english is a more (how do you spell beutifle?

) language.

Npc's prices change depending on supply and demand.
