error starting program

error starting program

when i open illarion.exe it says error starting program the illarion.exe file is linked to missing export draw.dll:directdrawcreateex then i click ok then it says a device attached to the system is not functioning properly , so i cant play illarion and i really want to.. please help....

You must install DirectX 7.0 + as stated in the download section.
