Illarion (edit-Birthdays)
I've been thinking. Since many follow the 4x illarion aging rate, i belive there should be a calander that matches up Illarion Days and Real Life days. Im trying to think of bithdays, as the teenage years in Illarion require being near exact.
Im thinking this as a formula:
365/4 = 91 (rounded down from 91.123...)
if your bithday for the character was Jan 1, then it would be like this:
Jan1+91 days= April1
April1+91days= July1
July1+91days=sept30
Sept30+91days=Dec30
Dec31 = None existant.
But, youd need to take off 1 day to make up for the decimals. And here you have, a mathmatical way to solve your characters birthday.
If you need a better diagram, look:
Jun-31
Feb-28
March-31
April-1
-------
91 days. 1 illar year. Conclusion: Bday = April 1
-------
and so on, until you hit December 30 as a Bday. Were you need to take off December 31 to make up for the decimals.
-------
For those of you who are lost:

enter in selected Date, and add 91. Write that date down, and then put that date into the caculator. Then add 91. Keep doing this until you are where you started, and whalla. You are finished.

have a look at this: Illarion Calender
Yes, but i guess i should change the subject. My main point is trying to figure out the four birthdays a character recieves in a year.

It's 4 hours for a day in Illarion, if we are working it by the four.
However the Ilarion year always has 366 days.
We get 6 illarion days for one normal day.
24/4=6
Therefore one Illa month is 4 days. With the exception of Mas which is 6 days long, therefore 1 rl day.
The illa year has 15 months with 24 days, and one with 6.
Therefore 15*4= 60
60+1 = 61
The illarion year is 61 days long not 91.
