The Dragon
All Islanders of Gobaith,
A dragon has come to our Island looking for a nesting place. It has demanded that it be given gold and Gems for its nest.
It rained fire on the town of Trolls Bane as a warning of what is to come if its demands are not met. It also mentioned that it has kin either on the Isle or coming to the Isle. This Dragon MUST be left alone until a course of action is decided. A meeting of the leaders of our Isle is to be arranged to determine a course of action. We have 2 days until the Dragon returns.
To allow for mining operations the mountains of the North will be off-limits to all, without special permission, until further notice. This affects the lives of all people of Gobaith. Any violations will be dealt with severely.

How many dragons slayers do you know, Hermin? I am sure that the people of this island are barely making a living with the gold they've got now. What do you think will happen if the one or ones we have hired fail? How many innocent people will be killed?

It doesn't matter now.
Dragons slayers can die and we are running out of time.
The gems will buy us some. However, I have to state here what no one knows yet: the gems came from a demon.
He played with me, Bailey and Berengar. We won. And now we have what a dragon need to build it's lair. Was it really good or worth it? I am asking myself now.
If there are really any dragon slayers capable of the deed the name bestowed upon them says, then I want them to know it is possible that the dragon's nest is at the mountains of the North.
But if none are capable of slaying such a powerfull creature, I'd like to ask to stay away from there.
I doubt the dragon reads these parchments, so I would like to give an adivce. If you want to catch a big prey, use what it asks for as a trap. In this case, the gems.
Perhaps, mages could do "something" with them.

Bailey made her way back into tavern. She wasn't able to sleep, though it was one of the most exhausting days she ever experienced.
Spiders, Red Skeletons... and this demon.
She sips from a bottle of wine and watches how the red liquid flows back to the bottom of the glass as she places it down again. Her body is trembling slightly; still from the poison of the spiders but through her self-controll it was nearly impercetible. And the wine also eases it a little more.
Bailey even gets a little paler as it finally occures to her how close she was going to die today.
The demon had opened two portals. One would lead to wealth and richness; the other to death. Bailey wasted no thought on this game... but as the demon mentioned that one could pay the dragon with it... she didn't hesistate anymore.
She walked through one of the portals and it was the right.
I have nothing to lose.
She recalls her sentence in her mind. Shaking her head she whispers: "No, there is really nothing I have to lose. No family to go back in the end of the day, no dreams and goals I have to achieve... and love is just an imagination and something for the weaks."
Tomorrow... or better said: today she would risk her life a second time.
With this thought she draws a dagger from her belt. No normal dagger; but a blue glowing one. This dagger was also in the chest with the gold and the gems at the end of the portal. And today maybe in the dragons heart.

Culandria got my vote on this.
Maybe start with the elf who looks like he's got nothing better to do than pinning senseless notes all over this board?
Dwarves might join this cause aswell for he openly suggested them to be eaten by the dragon.
The handwriting is plain and sloppy, one would believe a child or orc would've wrote it. It looks rather painted than written for it consists of capital letters only of all sizes.

Some of the notes already pinned to the board have been rearanged in a specific order as if to show they're linked together
Anyone else noticing that this E. S. doesn't seem to like Silberbrand and now tries to distract everyone from finding out that all notes were written by himself with the last note?
Dwarves should react on this elf and his open proposal to cause harm towards them. Looks like an open threat against Silberbrand in my eyes.

And the ogres will kill it on their own

I'd think it would like the place; and it would keep the numbers down
An ELF
A note consisting of the same sloppy child or orclike handwriting as on another note above is pinned below these papers:Hadrian_Abela wrote:Elves aren't usually covered with enough jewels to sink ships
Silverbrand is basically one big gold mine
So, may i know how we plan to deal with the dragon now?

I take this as an hard insult. Why would anyone like to harm other races due to common anger between elves or dwarves? Why dont you just sit down, stop open your mouths and listen to each others problems without interfering. Maybe you could come up with a deal that both would be satisfied with, and the anger will fall into forgiveness?
Dear E.S. Stop talk words filled with such anger against the dwarfs.
And to everyone else: Noone should be "Offered" to the dragon, not elves nor dwarfs. Not even an ogre.
And for "Culandria": Stop talk to much nonesense! Throw yourself at the dragon if you wish to die so harshly. I believe many elves have been offended by this.

All Races...
This person who writes my name is not me, clearly you can see the difference in the handwritting, from here on I will not write on this parchment.
Those who know me personally, know that I love all races alike. I have not and never will, take the live of an innocent being, be from my own race or another.
I find the person signing my name under their own note to be imature and a coward, as they hide their own names, to make use of mine.
I hope that all will read this and see, that it is neither my handwriting, nor my signature.
