I read throught these boards and have to come to the conclusion that this game seems to be deeply entrenched in politics, feelings and wars...
Despite all this and the fact the rules, I would like to know if you people all are serious about roleplaying in-game. I do not mean as in you always roleplay in every little thing you do, but atleast do it when other people are around and not do as in many other games, power-game and abuse anything or everything.
An important factor for me in MMO's is that the community functions and that there is some kind of roleplay, but reading the posts you have all made it does sound like you all take this seriously. But I would like some answers, how much and how well do you roleplay in Illarion?

A question about roleplaying.

Well, the game as such focuses on the act of playing a role over the raising of numbers (skills, money, items etc...)
The playing style differs from player to player. Some want to be deeply entranced into finding their place in the world of Illarion, changing its face with their actions. Others just want to have some fun diving into another world, meeting friends and doing some everyday stuff leaving the great politics to others.
