new account system

hi folks.. i used to play illarion and now i was returning to play it again (holidays) but with the new account system i cant add my old character... and im not on the mood to write a story now :\ cant you solve this pls ?

What is the problem with your old char? Doesn't the account system find it? Or is it "just" not appearing in your list?

By the way: We cannot help you without an account name and / or charname.

it says "Requested char could not be found. Please check name and password."

oh and when i said "pls help" i was refering to the GM's

i know that you cant do anything

If you would be so kind to rub your eyes, it says "Gamemaster" below Estralis board name.

He is the right one to talk to, so you can give him your characters name.

Just some ideas: The system is case sensitive. cromelex != Cromelex for example. Did you use the right password? It is also case sensitive.

If all this does not work, there are two options:

a) you write a new story and answer the new question
b) a technical staff member tries to restore your old characters

Option a) would be the fastest way for you. Option b) will take a while & there is a chance that it does not work.
