The stone near the depot in Varshikar

Hello. I don't know if that stone in varshikar delivers any raw materials like ore, coal or anything else, but when yes, I would suggest to move that stone away. For miners that stone is a too big advantage. the miners can stand ride beside stone AND depot, if it delivers raw materials, and don't have to move. even the dwarves don't have such an advantage in mining. walking should be involved in that work.

Impossible Galim. You cannot get things from that thing, as far as I know (atleast not before the 15th of may).
