Message Board Avatars

Does anyone know of a good site to create/customize avatars for the message board? I want to make one that looks like my character, but I don't want to do an oekaki, it takes too long.

We usually take existing ones.

And since the maximum requirements are:

80x80, at a size of 8 kb, it is a little tough sometimes to find a good avatar.

If you find a pic you would like, I can crop them to the right size, and compress them to the right file size.

Oh, and I can crop it and compress it myself, but thanks a lot for the offer

I used to be a Computer Science major, until they made me take Unix Systems Programming ;P
