Cannot Access Activation -- Please help me!

I clicked on the link to request an account, and when I recieved the e-mail and clicked on the link it brought up a dialogue box (presumably a server login box). I tried my user name and password dozens of times but it just kept bringing up the same dialogue box. I am positive I am entering the information right. I tried accessing the link in both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. I would really like to join the game, so I hope someone can help me!

PS: I also downloaded the client, but it does not have a "Create New" button...but I guess it doesn't matter if I can't access the account anyway, does it?

ah sorry a small mistake during the change of the account system...
please change the link (it currently points to https://illarion.org/confirm.php?...) by adding accountsystem/ before confirm.php (so it looks like https://illarion.org/accountsystem/confirm.php?...)

the link should be correct for new accounts now.

Shouldn't that maybe be fixed/posted for other people to see? I was confused for quite a few hours over the whole thing.
