I propose that there be a command to give off personal descriptions.
It is a pain in the ass to write what color your characters hair is all day, or if they are wearing a hood or not
So I propose something like #me except it would be #d (D For decription) also you could edit your description by say #d edit <Your Description>
This would be awesome because when you walk into say the Eliza's shop you could just hit those keys and everybody would know your character had a hood on or what weapon your character was holding or whatever you wanted to put as your character description

These proposals have already been made before. There is already stew graphics in the client and it's only a matter of them being properly implemented.
As for the descriptions idea, Martin and I have talked about that and I think we settled with: "Would they rather have us working on cheats to have until we have the graphics to see what they are wearing and look like, or would they rather have us working on those graphics?"

I'd rather have the "cheat" for character graphics first. Because when those character graphics eventually come along, they will not be perfect and be able to display every little special something someone comes up with, and a recallable physical description of the characters in words will still be of good use for roleplaying.Aegohl wrote:As for the descriptions idea, Martin and I have talked about that and I think we settled with: "Would they rather have us working on cheats to have until we have the graphics to see what they are wearing and look like, or would they rather have us working on those graphics?"
In case nothing is planned specifically in that direction, here's a basic proposal for it:
--> !description : to emote a #me with the description
--> !editdescription : to edit the description mid-game
