There are about 100 to 150 active members at any one time, however, in-game there can be anywhere from between 0 to 50 users online. The average is usually between 10 and 20.

If the name is Chaos-Legion, it won't be accepted. Take a look at the list of bad-names a few posts above and of course, hop over to the homepage and take a look at the name rules.
