I propose a little utility - Utility to show who is online

I need a utility to alert me when some players, that I choose go online.
I can make it to search the html with stats at some intervals:

But am not sure that this is best way.

I would really appreciate such a tool, but I know the consequences from Tibia, where such a tool exists..
The server traffic increases dramatically and therefor the serverbandwidth is used for this tool instead for gaming packages. As long as Illarion is free and therefor the server a not so fast one or least with limited bandwidth, such a tool is not recommended.

The use of such a tools would be against roleplay, i.e. a punishment reason if we find it out.
