The North Eastern Desert

Citizens of this isle, as the ambassador of Varshikar i write a proclaimation of recent events.

As the Triumvirat claim the northen and southern forest as thier own, the citizens of Varshikar claim the North Eastern Desert.

All shall have right to pass upon this land, as it has allways been for the exception of those whom Varshikar consider enemies.

Any hostilities upon Varshikar citizens within the areas under Varshikar rule shall feel the consequences of the guard, an elite force trained to deal with such instances.

To tresspass beyond the desert in to the main town of Varshikar shall be considered tresspassing, and those whom do so shall be asked to donate towards the construction of the town.
