Some of the prices that "Eliza" gives to people are quite low. For example:
1) Plate Armor: (18 gold) (suggestion 25 gold at least) I am VERY good at blacksmithing yet I can only make about 1/5 plate armor if I am lucky. I suggest that the price be 25 or more because of it's difficulty.
2) Fire Swords: (6 gold) (suggestion 8 gold) Once again, it is a final level item yet it sells for the same amount as a long axe (the level before). I suggest 8 gold because it IS final level and it is harder to make (I think) than a long axe.
3) Knights Shields: (6 gold) (suggestion 8 gold) Same as fire sword, it is a final level item, but it sells for the same amount as the shield below it, lion's shield. It is more difficult to make than a lions shield, therefore I suggest 8 gold.
It would be nice if this were changed to make it realistic, harder items should sell for more. In real life, would you pay more for a fancy Knights Shield than a simple Lions Shield? I think so.
NPC prices - a little adjustment here?

Hey, the NPC's must earn a living too. Well, they buy plate armors for 18 gold, and secretly sell them, disguised as players, to others for a normal price of about two hundred and fifty gold. They live from these TWO PER CENT...
Noone ever mentioned merchants must not rip you off.
By the way, sure it's hard to make those things, but you're still dammned fast in making those, so increasing the sell price would lower the money worth even more than it's now... because it would make it easier to earn money.

So far I dont know of anyone who mass produces plate armor to sell at the NPC because it is just not worth it, long axes are easier and turn out much better. If the price for plate armor at the NPC goes up, it will discourage people even more from giving away plate armor for free or for cheap.

No, if the price for plate armor goes up, all we will have is people mass making plate armors instead of axes. We had this kind of change several times, as a respond to it, you should have recognized that it has become harder to make these items.
But i guess, it could be made even harder to create certain things, like adjusting the chance of creating such an item up to about three per cent with maximal skill and the related attributes, then we could increase the sales price to a lot...
But since this is just a temporal system we now have, it is not worth to do so. Wait until later versions.

Hmm, since when is a Knight's shield better than a Lion shield?

Whether something is "better" depends on what exactly you want to use if for, and your own abilities.

They are harder to make, (look better  ), so they SHOULD be worth more.
Damien: I guess we still have those problems....
Sean: Levels as in blacksmithing levels... You know, skill goes so high, make new stuff...
