Bug in tailoring

From time to time, when I use a needle on a piece of red cloth, the game kicks me out, or gives a C++ Unknown Runtime Error. No error code displayed.

When I log back on - the needle is gone.

I assume this bug is linked to dropping the needle.

Cloths of other colors never gave that error.

I have had this happen during any kind of work using a tool, the tool dissapears. I think pressing a combonation of shift key and surrounding keys causes a c++ runtime error, for me at least. I usually get it when I strike a bunch of keys around that area by accident.
