i should have said this first but i email them about my account and alll it said was the account was canceled .now i guees i got to go through this all over again

A word of advice. Don't just repeat what you did. Think about why they did not accept you, and concern yourself wit learning more about roleplay, no matter if you think you are good or not. Improving yourself can't hurt.
