DUDE HERES AN IDEA - i was smoking so totaly wacked out pot

how about every month or so we have a technical advancement to the game based on its current condition
AKA
say there is an economic boom so u add a new economic thingy like natural gas or oil or a new metal
or if it is war u add something like cannons and guns or armour like leg armour
so post here what yall think:)
