Concerning yesterdays and todays events

Due to the events of yesterday concerning Northerot and the fight between Hagen von Rabenfeld and Torgen Vanndal, and because of other problems such as misuse of GM power, doubtful roleplaying behaviour and internal reasons, Keikan Hiru will no longer be a gamemaster in Illarion.
Martin, officially (I hope I speak in the name of the whole staff of Illarion)

I wished to make this announcement myself, after I recived my order to take my hat from the staff, but martin was a tad faster than myself.
I already apologized to everyone directly affected by my wrong actions, and I now bear and accept the consquences.
Good luck for the team in thier future efforts to improve and enlarge Illarion as whole, game and community.
Have fun in Illarion to all players and always remember:
You all are playing together as community.

He didn't say that he leaves Illarion.
It's just that he lost his rights as a GM.

You will be dearly missed. Glad you were harsh in the RPG board. Was needed sometimes.
And, btw, will there be a new GM, or will he just leave and noone instead?

Even though he had some conflicts in the past, I always was glad that at least one GM was always there to do something
I hope you don't leave completly, it would be a great loss for Illarion and Trolls Bane
Hope to see you online ...

Keikan,
it is very sad, that it has to come that far. But as already mentioned, I see no other solution.
Neverthless, I would like to thank you for your efforts and dedication you have put into Illarion. One tends to see only the bad side when something has gone the wrong way. Your good deeds will be remembered even though they will leave a bitter taste. Sadly you have to blame yourself for this.
Good luck, where ever you may go.

Any time I asked you a question you answered it. I'm sorry you are no longer a GM...

But no worries, I will still look to you for advice.

Although Martin is by far my favorite GM (also my favorite wise ass Austrian

), Keikan came in a very close second. I never got a chance to talk to him, really, but he seemed very actively involved with the roleplaying aspects of the game, and I respect that. Too bad.

I think Keikan should be given another chance. Yes, he did an error he shouldn't. But I'm am sure at a 100%, that EVERY one of us has made a mistake, and blame ourselves for that. I'm sure that even the GMs (even you martin

) did mistakes, yet, it had not gone as far as removing his GM power. I am powerless to this decision, but maybe it should be though again about it. Nevertheless, his actions should be punished, maybe, removing his GMs power for a certain period of time?
The decision is not mine.
Fool me once, Shame on you.
Fool me twice, Shame on me.

Since none of you knows the reason why he was dismissed as a GM, you cannot judge that.
I am sorry, but for what he has done, this is the least of all consequences.
At the moment, there is no other possible consequence than taking all his rights from him.
As for the other GMs: True, everyone makes mistakes (except me). We know that and we consider that. Keikan knew that, as soon as someone noticed what he has done, he would not be a GM anymore. He did that in full awareness. And hell, we didn't kill him or deleted his characters, we only took away some of his rights. I am against death penalty, you know.

I guess you are right martin, I do not know that much about his errors, all I know is that he misused his GMs power and reacted in a non-RP manner. But yet, for the part where you say that you do not make mistakes, I quote :
"As for the other GMs: True, everyone makes mistakes (except me)."
No offense, but this is totaly untrue. I am sure everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect. I absolutely do not blame you in any manner of doing mistakes or errors, as I am surely worst than you. But yet, it IS a mistake of saying that one does no mistakes in life. I think I am old and mature enough to understand that.
This topic is getting OOC. I think it should be locked.

Yeah, I am not that sad for Keikan. I knew he was abusing his GM powers, most of the movement knew he was doing. There were plenty of signs about it. I just find it sad that he gets in trouble when he does it to lyrenzia people...

Erm...Keikan made no OOC mistakes while the Movement was around...he didn't log in as anybody to kill Movement characters. In fact, weren't uber powers given to Grant by GMs at some point...?
