Requesting an acount

Hi Everyone i hope to be playing this rpg. Except everytime i try to request an acount it says Mistake!
Character name, password and email address must be the same like the data you used at the creation of your char with the client!
Whay should i do somebody please help

The maximum length for a password is 9 Letters,
If your Password is longer then 9 letters, just insert the first 9 ones into the Account-Application-Form..
