My account was not accepted can I apply again with the same name? what does it meen for immense number of inquires? heres the email that was sent

That would mean, your story wasn't accepted by the Illarion staff.

What do you meen by my story wasn't accepted?

Either your name wasn't excepted. (Drake) - I've tried to make a character with the same name. Or the staff didn't think your story was 'good enough'. Maybe you didn't put a lot of detail in your story, etc.

If i change my username do i have to change it on the post to?

Its not required to have a forum account, however it is highly recommended. You can private message Alatar to change your forum name.

You will have to create a new character to change the character's name. However, if you get the questions that usually means your name is accepted, so you could just re-apply for an account.

ya i got the questions and had to right the end of a story! but i didt get accepted you can look at the copy of the email above it didnt make sense to me but if it does to you please explain.

You can make another request and answer the questions again.

What doesn't make sense? Your name and/or story may not have been good enough, we don't know. However we DO know that you were not accepted. They didn't explain why because they don't have the time to tell everyone why they were not accepted in detail, that is for you to work out. It's no use having an account system if they're just going to tell everyone how to get in, you need to show that you know how to roleplay etc. Plus you would know what is a good or bad name if you read the name rules.

Think of a name yourself. If you're not able to do that, how do you want to rp??

The gm's get hundrets of e-mails every day from people that want to play Illarion. If they would tell everyone

"Oh ok, the story wasn't to bad, but the main character should have done it this way because he's a dwarf and a dwarf is greedy and won't give anything away for free. So add this detail and send it again"

it would be too much work for them. So they are not able to tell everyone ehy he wasn't accepted.

And by the way, your name was accepted since you got the e-mail with the questions. Maybe you should read the website before trying it again.
