Archers?
What determines the maximum amount of damage an archer can do? Dexterity or strength or n/a. If you ask me, it would be dexterity because you would be more controlling of your arrows and where you shoot. But hey, if you can't pull the bowstrings back far enough... Oh well, i'm confused here.... *bonks self on the head with a frying pan*

A Character with 9/10 Points in every aspect is considered as a "normal Character".
If you put less points on one attribute your Character experineces problem when he needs to solve a task that bases on this point.
On the other side, puting more than 10 Points at an attribute makes some things easier for him.
So choose wisely.
I am writing you some examples what your Character is like when you distribute your points.
Examples:
You set 3 Points to ...
Strength:
You have a hard time carrying your own weight. Loading yourself with more than the clothing on your back is a dream of your weak body.
Constitution:
You are almost constantly ill. You are a pure magnet to all kinds of illnesses ranging from simple influenza to every known and unknown plague.
Your fragile body almost breaks under each injuration it might suffer in your life. Broken arms and legs are common to you.
Dexterity:
Your mind does not know what your hands are doing and vice versa.
You a so clumsy that you constantly drop or break the things you are carrying in your hands.
Nimble works and working with fragile materials is impossible for you.
Agillity:
You are sluggish and slow. Even snails appear as fast as lightening next to you.
In a crowd of men you always bump into someone each step you make.
You have a hard time just keeping yourself on your legs.
Intelligence:
You have huge problems when it comes to using your brain. You cannot form complex sentances and even have trouble using more than one word at a time.
Reading and writing is something you will never learn.
Willpower:
You are weak in your mind, so weak that even a child can make a servant of you.
You are always doing what others tell you.
Perception:
You are blind as a mole, your view ends 1 meter in front of you. Even then, you have difficulties recognizing things and persons.
You are almost unable to hear, unless someone is shouting in your ear.
Essence:
You are like a lifeless shell, your eyes are dull and soulless.
There is nothing that might prevent your body from being a play thing to unnatural influences.
You set 10 Points to ...
Strength:
You are just as strong as any person your age should be without daily training.
You cannot lift heavy things, but all in all, you have no problem with carrying most common things..
Constitution:
Your body is fit and can take some damage without giving up, and you can endure several illnesses without fearing for your life..
Dexterity:
You can use tools without any problems at all, unless it is a very difficult process.
When you throw a rock at a duck, you can almost be sure that it would land at least next to the spot you aimed at.
Agility:
You are not slow, but you are no fast one either. You are just as fast as everyone else.
When someone throws rocks at you, you have a fairly good chance to evade them if you see them soon enough.
Intelligence:
You know everything you need to know in your everyday l ife. However you are still unable to understand huge and complex topics.
You could learn to read, if you were ever taught to.

You can be influenced in unnatural way, but you are not completely defenseless.
You set 18 Points to ...
Strength:
You have brawns everywhere, you can lift even the things that others surrender to while merely looking at them.
However, your built-up stature requires you to buy special, wider clothings from your tailor or you would tear your clothing apart when flexing your muscles.
Constitution:
As long as you can remember you have never been ill, you body also seems to endure more stress than everyone else's..
Dexterity:
You are more nimble than anyone you know. You can use your fingers to make filigree tasks with ease.
If you are able to see them, you can shoot the fleas from a dog's back with your sling.
Agility:
You are the fastest runner ever encountered, able to outrun even some animals during your hunting days.
If the sky began falling on your head, you have a great chance to dodge even this.
Intelligence:
You are clever, your brain is your power.
No matter what the task is, mathermatics, poetry, literature, you can understand it within short time.
If you cannot read or write, it should not be that hard for you to learn it.
Willpower:
You are always in the center when you enter a room, your charismatic way of speaking allows you to influence the opinions of others with much ease.

Following a God isn't necessarily necessary. It is good rolepley to follow a God, it would be hard not to 'believe' in the Gods if you were your character as they are responsible for some things (The moving of the Dwarftown, Silverbrand, is said to be an act of their God Irmorom *spelling*)now i need to decide, which god should he follow?
However, it is possible for you to follow more than one God. For instance, a Halfling would be most likely to follow Oldra (Godess of Life and Fertility) as they are mainly farmers and bakers, but they might also follow Adron (God of Festivities and Wine) so that they would have good luck in brewing of wine and ales as he is 'The God of all Inns'
Info on the Gods can also be found at
Or on the homepage click 'Story' then at the bottom click 'Do follow it if you want to learn more about Illarion' There you'll find History about the game and so on.
Anyway, good luck with your characters!
