I'd like to ask every guild leader to take a look at the entry of his/her guild. Some informations are still missing and I cannot keep track of every development in every guild. Also, please drop me a note in case your guild became inactive. Guilds without a guild topic should inform me about activity once in a while so I don't delete entries by accident.

Ich möchte alle Gildenführer darum bitten, einen Blick auf den Eintrag der Gilde zu werden. Einige Informationen fehlen und ich kann nicht die Aktualität aller Informationen jeder Gilde überprüfen. Ebenso wäre es nett zu erfahren, wenn eine Gilde inaktiv wird. Gilden ohne Gildentopic sollten mich hin und wieder über die Aktivität ihrer Gilde unterrichten, damit ich keine Einträge ungerechtfertigt lösche.

Fellow Illarionites,
maintance of the list has become a bit difficult. There are some guilds with questionable activity. I want this list to be an orientation for new players, a quick way to find a guild that suits one's characters. We have 363 active characters and 21 "active" guilds - you can estimate that most guilds don't have many active characters.

So, I will rule out all guilds without obvious activity within the last two months. Obvious activity is proved by:

Announcements of meetings or events on the guild board
Notification about member status on said board
Obvious ingame activity
Posts on guild boards on illarion.org
PMs with report of activity to me

Note that I don't want to disband any small club, but I want to maintain a list of the truly active guilds that matter.
