This secret guild was established by Avalyon in order to aid him in his quests for immortality and demonic powers. In creating this guild he unified all followers of the dark paths, and took over the unused Temple of Hellbriar as the base of the operations. The guild quickly expanded to have a large military wing of orcs and humans willing to fight for him, aswell as various other servants who worked his will without others realising, bringing towns and citizens under his command. The guild is well known for harbouring criminals, dark mages, servants of Moshran and other shady characters. The guild will often reward worthy followers with the legendary blackstones - stones which have been enchanted to transport the user to the Temple. This guild may, deeming a postulant worthy admit them to be trained in magic, fighting and service to Moshran. To protect the interests of its members we do not list the names of those who are admitted to us.

There are many privileges attatched to kneeling before Avalyon, the most immediate of which is continued existence and the protection of his servants. Those that join can expect to be allowed entrance to Hellbriar, and so be safe from arrest by other towns for whatever crimes they may have commited or will commit. The guild may grant worthy members the fabled blackstones, and offer training to those that supplicate to the Overlord's will. The guild also gives those with grudges to kill or attack those that have scorned them, in given time, aswell as allowing members to take part in full scale invasions of towns with troops and undead warriors. The most obvious benefit in this guild is the chance to bathe in Avalyon's glory, and hope that some of his power will rub off on you.
