Its perfectly possible to test on the realserver.
Which is where your testing efforts should be going anyway.

I would love having access to the test server, I would test tons of things of the magic and fighting system, and probably some other things.
You mean you would try everything out to find the best armor and way to survive in battles for your char

Ah, but thanks to the wonderful new fighting system we can all pwn Arameh with a little thought and a bit of teamwork.

actually, arameh should be on the test server.
he legitimately would spend hours testing everything on the server because he truely does want to balance the game.
I would say give him that chance.. i mean.. you gave Adrian that

I tested many things ig, and the only thing i get are "stop moaning cause you want to pwn", so that balance can be made, we need numbers and proofs, and that mean test server.

Yes Arameh was the only smart noob who's first character wasn't a walking talking muscle... Hence he should be on the test server. He would benefit the game a lot.

Yes, overall it's a great improvement to the 0.4 system.
Except the movement. The first game with lag as a game concept...?
And if PO Arameh wants to do some balancing tests instead of go mining all day, let him!
And now let's fix all the NPCs!

Yeah, when I was a noob, I was noobish, lol anyways.. It was the first RPing game I ever played, if not the first RPG. I did not know english as well as now. Theses could be some reasons, I didnt know the meaning of any facial expression, nod, shrug, frown, I didnt know the meaning of anything of that.

Not sure what you exactly mean by that, care to elaborate?

If you are in fighting mode, the game react with a lag on arrow button pressing. Real maneuvers are not really possible: "If I press now 'top' and 'left', my character will maybe walk the way I want... in some seconds".

Okay.
Well, I can tell you how that works:
Every 1/10th of a second, your character gets some "action points" to spend, until he reached a maximum amount.
Every action costs action points (like hitting with a sword, making a step, even speaking or using an item). If you try to do an action but do not have enough action points (because you spent it for something else), this action will be done as soon as you got enough action points to do it.
So if you have, say, 100 AP and hit with your sword, you only got 20 AP left. Your AP start to refill, and you want to make a step, which costs for example 60 AP: You cannot make that step until your AP are refilled up to 60. So you will not make that step immediately but you have to wait until your AP are enough to carry out that action.
This is the principle behind it.
If you have suggestions how to make it better, feel free to propose something.

I just want to say, I love the new things! I adore the bridges, they are amazing! I adore the woodenbridge, they are so, 3D stile! They make the picture deep.
I love the round tiles, finally the world looks...like a world, and not a chessfield

.
I like the new itemgrafics we got...really, great work from the grafic guys =). I love their new work!

Thank you for the details!
The idea is quite good, but it feels like lagging, especially with maneuvers (and that was together with hit zones THE feature of the new system).
I have no ad-hoc-idea for improving, but I will think about it.
PS: Maybe some kind of graphical "action points" indicator?

I love the roofs, the new tiles, and mainly, I love weather system.

Only thing I must say is that the streets of Troll's Bane look a bit off now. They're too narrow and curvy. More like a trampled path on a lawn then an actual planned and paved street. They sould at least be made one tile broader so there's actually a street tile in between the transition tiles.

mmh -- @ Adano in the Middle-Age it was narrow and curvy i think so.
For me looks good and the fact that I can tyre myself now directly along the water like even better

Troll's Bane is supposed to be a middle sized town. Those usually had paved streets running from left to right in between the buildings. TB as it is now looks like some kind of province village.

Ehm, i kinda made this thread to tell the devs they did a nice job on the tile transitions...
I think it got a bit off topic.
It could just be me though...
