What about trying to sell off the tavern without even taking into account that it is property of Silverbrand and just recently given into new administrative hands? Rothman is an idiot who shouldn't tie his own shoes, and definitely not lead a town.

Stephen did not try selling the tavern, he have only said that it could be sold in case of inactivity, in a long time. It will be taxed like every building owned by someone, and they money from it will be used to pay the guards and build more buildings. I can clearly see who the idiot is here, not even having the courage to sign a piece of paper.

So you wand that those, who pay much silver and much time to build trolls bane, who build the town you take without doing anything legal for, pay mony at you for you self and your buildings? Thats really amusing.

Your arguement is that only those whom build a settlement have the right to decide upon its fate, and those who try to improve it have not the right to do so.
Stephen i think you should employ some necromancers to make sure that those who first walked this isle give thier consent to use the paths..
