This is not a bug or something the game will fix if it's supposed to support roleplaying.

This is a bug of the players. You should adress that in the General Discussions forum; seems to be a common thing there for people to complain about other people's RP—only rarely does the complaint have real substance to it.

Yes, it's called roleplay. The only thing you can do is encourage CHARACTERS to change things.
