Greetings to you Governor or Magistrate,

I am not sure where this parchment should go so I will let it fall into the Town Guard area as it involves the Guard.

Today I and an unnamed witness (who will go unnamed for their own safety) witnessed one of your guard attack another man in your city for no reason and no threat posed by the man.

Your guard looked like ((110******)) and the man they attacked and chased after once they left the town was ((133*******)). When the victim of the attack asked what law he broke the guard said it did not matter.

I am not sure what the laws of this town are specifically, but as far as I have read and heard it is illegal to begin fights within the town for no reason. I would assume it even worse for a gaurd to be breaking the town's own law.

I will hope for an inquiry into this as how will your citizens and well wishers trust in your protection when your own guards whom you pay have no interest in following the laws.

In this town, if you look at a guard the wrong way you can be punished to death, and don't dare talk to their friends, then you won't be allowed in town! But these attacks are becoming very redundant, considering the Govenor has order that the area is a safe haven.

Perhaps the time for a new leader is near? I would be curious to see what the response would be if a group of citizens decided it was time for an election. Perhaps it is time to see?

Dantagon was attacked for conspiracy. He was and still is suspected of Rebellion against Trolls Bane, Greenbriar being his main base. When he asked what he had done, Dain told him this. The witnesses most be mutes.

I believe the note Fooser is refering to is not about me, but of someone else. The parchment appears to be a few days old due to the weathering. The note in question has nothing to do with me.

I believe he was asking for the charges of breaking into other towns when banned, threatening people, making a ruckus, and other things, directed towards Dain. It does not require your input Julius.

To whom it concerns:
I have been kicked out of the guard by Dain Laiden, and not been reinstated by Mr. Cromwell
So I left town. And I will not come back.

Jeran, I was speaking to an old friend. The man was with me for the next hours. Now, if you had spoken to me Jeran, you would have realized this. The man left no parchment regarding this. Duels as well as friendly fights in town are legal.
