However, I know people IRL with the name "Hand" (which means the same in german and english). How do I talk to these people? I mean, honestly, do they only consist of hands or what? What if they invite me for dinner? How are they going to eat, I mean, their name is "Hand", do they have a mouth at all?

While swordblade might not be a very good choice for a name, your question is rather... well. Stupid.

Canada ? Weird name. But cannot be found in the database, so someone has already taken care of it.
