The 36th Judicial Trial of the Lyrenzia Foundation has hereby begun:

1) Drex Thaendrak accuses the orc Vobe of an unjustified attack on himself.

This person is plain looking for trouble. He insulted me and threw insides at me. At a certain point I had enough and threw a few words back at him. At this point at least two persons were near me, one of them was a human called John Irenicus. Then I left the scene. A few minutes later I met him again. He said "Now you are alone." and attacked me. Fortunately I was quick enough to outrun his blade before he could kill me. He then vanished, obviously satisfied that he could show me his might.
I hope this crazy orc is taken off the streets soon.

I would like to make a trial against this orc, too. Today he threw insides at Drex and asked me to fight against him. I said 'no', but he came and attacked my back, when i turned around. He almost killed me, i could escape safe though. I think Drex saw that and John Irenicus saw it, too.

Let me say something too:
normally, vobe isn't aggressive. he mostly only provocates, but he attacks very seldom.
that's just what i know.

I repeat what Nerevar Schattenaxt sais. He was the other person there and he was attacked by Vobe, who hit him into his back when he denied to fight him.
I don't know whether this orc is normally agressive or not, he did attack both of us in situations where we were absolutely defenseless. Nerevar Schattenaxt was unarmed and unarmoured, and I am a merchant, no warrior. I can hardly defend against those cruel undead, so how could I defend against a crazy orc?

I did witness these unjustified attacks on others that Vobe has committed as well, he even attacked me after I said countless times that I wouldn't duel him. However, I dueled him anyway, and lost. Therefore, I drop any charges that I would've held against him.

He is stronger than many would believe, so I would suggest that nobody underestimates him.

now, truly, just because he rains zombie intestines on your head, is that any reason for you to get upset? truely i believe it is up to the more intelegent of us to be understanding of those with less intelegence, and thereby knowing what they mean when they say and do certain things, probobly when he was throwing the insides at you he was only playing with you, as all orcs do, then when you spoke up about it instead of just throwing them back at his head, it probobly made him confused and angry, thereby causing his primitive mind anger towards yourself, and in the final event, causing him to attack you. realy people, this is the same thing i see with Elaralith, everyone HATED her for no real reason, some people just said a few things which might have been true, might not have been true, and after a while, the things having been said long enough caused her to begin to believe them as well, thereby creating the witch which you all hate, creating the very creature you thought she was, which she was not before, now i spoke to her recently when she was on a murderous rampage through the town of trollsbane, and she was screaming about everyone wanting her to be a witch so she would have to give the people what they wanted. truely, it is the public who is to blame for elaralith's actions and i suggest that there be some sort of institution set up for the mentaly insane, the money of which provided by the people who caused such disasterous mental defections. now i do not condone any of the acts of vandalism, theivery, terrorism, malice, arcane fire, or insanity which she has commitied, nor any other harmful act which she has commited, but i do believe that it is not entirely her fault nor entirely the fault of this orc who you blame for this attack on your person sir Drex. it is to an extent their fault yes, BUT it is more so the fault of the PEOPLE who caused their anger and insanity.

He insulted me, I ignored him.
He insulted me again, I ignored him again.
He threw insides at me, I asked him to leave me in peace.
He threw many insides at me, and I warned him to leave me in peace.
But at a certain point it is over.

You say I shouldn't become angry not to make him angry?
I say he shouldn't provocate me, and I wouldn't get angry.

I will never get this terrible smell out of my clothes, but I have to endure that because this lowly being could be upset if I didn't? Something is not right there. If this person has not enough sense of community to behave then he has to count with trouble or leave the town. I did not become a citizen of Lyrenzia to be insulted and my clothes destroyed.

i am not laying any blame on you for his actions, well, not much anyways, but, really, you could try to be, even bigger than the insults and laugh at yourself, for all need to laugh at themselves once in a while to realise that they are not all that great, though, you made out with your life didnt you? i say thats pleanty to be thankful for. truely if i was confronted with a situation like this, i wouldnt go screaming to lyrenzia about it anyways, they dont seem to deal harshly enough with anything, and i wouldnt scream about it to Darlok or his kingdom of northerot either, he deals with it too harshly, i myself, would just make sure i wasnt without friends when around this fellow.

I want to make a trial against this Orc, too. As i was farming pigs today, he first insulted me. I didn't care much and just laughed. He then stole some of my leather. I asked him to give it back, but he didn't. Then he started to insult me again and as i gave some word back, he shouted that he wanted a duel. I laughed and told him that he should duel with the pigs, but he already started to attack me and before i could react he killed me. (I didn't wear much armour.)
I went to the cross and as i came back he insulted me again and also one of my friend. We had a little argument and he wanted to duel again. As the friend got between us, the orc killed him. And even after that he didn't let him in peace.
I want this orc to be punished!! He is a thief and a murderer!
I have read what this orc did already. He is a real danger for people of this town. Stop him before he causes even more pain.

I was a witness to Vobes behaviour against Carahawen. He did attack and Kill her for hardly any reason. He also attacked me with his rusty dagger and cut me badly across the chest even though i was trying to prevent him from attacking her further.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
This orc killed me once again. And i didn t do anything. I didn t even say a word to him.
I was talking to a friend when Rodger came back to us and shoutet to me that i should run because a bad orc wanted to kill me. I first thought he was joking but then i saw this bloodthirsty orc Vobe. I tried to flee but he started to attack me at once and killed me. I had no chance to react.
I again have witnesses for this murder.
So, is anyone doing something or is this trial just empty gossip?

Crimes commited within the borders of Troll's Bane are a matter of Lyrenzia, no matter whether you are of Northerot or not.
You cannot just come to our town and do what you wish because you are no Lyrenzia citizen. Our town, our rules. Otherwise we could also come to Northerot and do whatever we want because we are no citizens there.
In the eyes of the Grey Rose Northerot is still wild territory, maybe we could come and behave like that. Do you think Darlok would let us if we would bring on your arguments?

If you keep on attacking people the time until you will see your homecave again will only become longer and longer.

The escaped Vobe is jailed again to end his sentence of prison. He was found again in the streets of Troll's Bane.
