Vahkos, who is at the abandoned building far west of the mummy tomb, begins to take a look at his existance in retrospect. After much thought, he posts a message to the town walls...

I am alone in this world. My old alliances are far dead, and new alliances demand unquestioned servitude. Being nothing more than a reanimated corpse, I find it odd that I'm capable of thought. I will suffer no more...

Vahkos returns to the building, and lights himself on fire, blue fire. His frosted ashes lay scattered. Fortinbris Bloodhearte, Vahkos Nosral, no longer exists, living nor dead.

Thalodos gazed at the hastily written letter on the town wall.
As he reads on the smile from his face vanishes, he looks on into the night sky and sees a blue flame flickering against the clouds.
Thalodos sighs..
