This will make the game much less stressful

I think that it would be much less stressful if u had an item (it doesn't have to be a personal item it could be an item like the gem grinder) that would alow you to repair your items, because i know from experiance that it is very stressful to have your axe or shovel breaking every few minutes.

You can repair swords and daggers, but not broken shovels and axes.

thats why you make them again. There is a reason they are easy to make, to a extent.
