Dearest Darlok.

may you need also some glasses?

You have overseen some more facts and directed your view only on some unimportant point. Perhaps you have lost also the view for reality and live in your own fictional world.
The drought, caused by yourself was there, before your letter at the town wall, not as an reaction of Lyrenzia answering "slowly".
The blackmail, you have brought to the town, was the same, you brought to Lyrenzia.

But again, you have avoided to say something to the central point.
You were the one, blackmailed the town, including with your drought the dead of many people, threatening them to death if they don't work for you, sending rotworms into the town to support your evil demands ....
Where is your honor and your courage in this?
And now trying to say, that you haven't done this ... are you running away from the consequences of your doings?

It seemed, that you really lost all honor and courage.

((@Grobul: Bloody Moon is my tribal name, my real name isn't revealed genius.))

But Aragorn, Darlok demanded several times, with plenty of warning, the consequences of refusing to labor on the castle. They paid the price, they put their own destruction on themselves.

Such concepts such as "honor" and "courage" are often used too frequently in our society. They are, after all, just standards the people of Trollsbane shove down the throats of others. You may say he lacks a few standard concepts, but in the end, what really got the job complete?
