pah! What does it matter? Is my word not good enough?
Balak grumbles about 'dratted' human customs.
It is very simple. I was goin' bout me business walkin' up north. There near the castle I was attacked with no warnin' by the greenskin Ashburg. I was killed. There were witnesses. Can I make it anymore simple?
I don't know if the Ashburg creature also attempted to kill Brendan after he killed me.
After this disgustin' behavior from the greenskin I went back to town only to be attacked by Grant Herion and Kincent Nolatri also with no warnin' and fer no reason I know. There in town they also casted many aggressive spells in an attempt to kill me. There were bystanders. Clear enough fer ye?
By the way, I did give a good description in my first announcement of the actions of these criminals! No trial was set up fer that fer which I am most displeased....best ye can do ta make up is add the criminals I have spoken of to the trial to be trialed!

1) If you want Lyrenzia to set up a trial for your charges, then you should have sent a formal message. We are not responsible for reading all of your "complaints" on the town walls.
2) I don't what you want, when you make charges and then remove charges, and then complain your charges were ignored.
2) I don't what you want, when you make charges and then remove charges, and then complain your charges were ignored.
3) If this happened in the same scenario as Brendan Mason's charge, then your charges will get added to this trial. If not, then your charges will be moved to a new trial instead.Hear hear!
I further accuse the creatures Grant Herion and Kincent of castin' their foul magicks in town on me and others. There were many witnesses to this and the honorable ones will testify!
I remove the charges from 2 'cause I haven't discovered their names.

Ar! If ye don't know I am quite new 'ere! I didn't know 'bout yer Lyrenzia till recently and 'course I didn't know who to contact or even if ye need ta send a 'formal letter'. Be great if ye could give me some leeway fer me ignorance of the ways 'round 'ere!
What I want should be clear ta ye now! A trial fer the crimes of the three creatures I have listed! I don't care if they are trialed in this trial or another one I just want justice!

Hm... Brendan, Reda and Ezorock went up to Darlok's Castle. They killed Kincent and Aristeaus. They set fire to the castle. Ashburg helped us get the castle rid of them.
They all knew that the land was not open to them. But they took it upon their own will to try and kill people of the Movement. So if you decide to find Ashburg guilty, I will most deffinetly act upon it.

1) You need not worry about strength, but if those who are convicted are foolish enough to enter the town, then numbers will do the work regardless of strength anyways.
2) Those who break the laws of the land and threaten the security of our people, are of course troubles we don't want, but which we will take to punish.

Numbers? Now that is funny. For do you really think half of the people in town would be stupid enough to even attack or detain ashburg. Then out of those foolish enough to do so there is another good percentage that couldnt even touch him. And for those that can well they wont last long anyways. O and one last thing. If this does happen and they do start to hit Ash.Ill be right there to heal him up and help out where I can. As I am sure most of the other people of the movement would do as well.

The full circumstances of Ashburg attacking me, are as follows:
Sleed, presuming that Gloisin chopped down the sacred trees, carried out a killing upon this Dwarf. Upon being re-encarnated, Gloisin returned to town with a thirst for blood. He paid the orc, Ashburg for his services, and Ashburg quickly attacked Sleed. As a Ranger, I felt it my duty to stop such a thing from happening. Being of such diminuitive stature, and quite the weakling at that, I felt I had little recourse, but to use what little magic runs through my blood. I cast a spell upon Ashburg, which enraged him and he quickly struck me down with his weapon.
Sevious Helios saw the entire event unfurl.
As for Balak being attacked by Ashburg...I believe this happened the day after. The story, nay...the truth for this little event, is similarily as follows:
Myself and Reda were out searching for something...we happened to stray near, but not over Darlok's border. There we saw an orc, not Ashburg I testify, harassing this Dwarf. Reda and I tried to stop this orc, but he ran away. We decided to see if the thing we were searching for was beyond the northerly cross, but he happened upon the Movement...there was an exchange of insults and threats, until Ezorock turned up. The three of us, in quite the mischievous mood made a few distasteful jokes, but quickly returned to our side of the border. Kincent and Aristeaus followed us across. Kincent grabbed me by the coat and tried to throttle me, he tossed me aside and then attacked Ezo. They were on OUR side of the border, so we decided to take matters into our own hands. Reda and I combined what little magic we had, and Ezo attacked with his little blade.
We then returned to Troll's Bane.

I see you forgot to add the little part where you burned the castle, and my once friend Brendan I belive you also forgot to mention the part where me and Aristeaus begged you to leave, and gave you more than enough warnings. And one last thing you left out is how Ezorock became aggressive and kicked me.

I was also theres! I did nots fight, and did nots help anyone. I just stayeds back and watcheds the fight. This is whats I saw:
From whats I remember, I wents up to the castle to spar withs the ogre guards ands I founds Kincent, Grant, Ashburg, some other orc, ands Aristaus. We all talkeds and traineds with the ogres.
Later, Reda, Brendan, Ezorok, ands Balak came up ands, from whats I remembered, Both sides exchangeds insults. Then Reda, Brendan, ands the others went east to looks at something. Once they came backs, they wents south to the castle. Kincent, Grant, and the others on their side wents down to see whats they were doing, ands since there was nothings else to do, I followeds them. Weapons were unlsheathed ands magic words were spokens. Peoples were fighting ands casting in, and by the castle. I trieds to make it stop, but no one payeds attention to me.
After a whiles, the peoples went away from the castle, buts I stayed there. Thats all I saws.

For many of you on both sides of this argument, you have included something that is meaningless. All references to borders of the castle and Darlok's land are completely irrelevant. It is only a place that you claimed by yourself though the land is not for you alone to claim. Lyrenzia recognizes no such possession of the castle or land by anyone other than the public which contributed to it's construction, not just persons who decided to serve the madman who brought the drought to Troll's Bane and blackmailed it. The only territories with ownership by people recognized by Lyrenzia are those listed under the contracts of agreements.
Standing or casting spells on unowned territory outside of Troll's Bane is not against the law.

Oh, so your saying Lyrenzia controls all? Lovely Dyluck, first you say Lyrenzia will only control Trolls Bane and if a person did not like Lyrenzia we could leave Trolls Bane, now we can't escape Lyrenzia.
To the Dwarves of Silverbrand, I would watch your borders, Lyrenzia may want to take down your king and plant their own Counselor in his place.

Greetings,
In the case that Lyrenzia does not accept my ownership of the land surrounding my castle, I shall not accept the limits and laws of Lyrenzia.
My Man, feel free to go astray and roam the unowned Land arround the ownerless City of Trolls Bane.
But do not enter Silverbrand. This last keep of sanity accepted my land and shall remain unharmed. Even if they are part of Lyrenzia, they use their brains.
Never think that you can play games with me, Dyluck, self-proclaimed Judge of Trolls Bane.
Have a nice day,
Darlok, Lord of the North
Supreme Ruler of Northerot

And you have the NERVE to say that when I could easily change parts of those sentences to fit how all of you SELF IMPOSED youself onto the scene?Dyluck wrote:It is only a place that you claimed by yourself though the land is not for you alone to claim. Lyrenzia recognizes no such possession of the castle or land by anyone other than the public which contributed to it's construction, not just persons who decided to serve the madman who brought the drought to Troll's Bane and blackmailed it.
And the power for you to decide if they are guilty or not is NOT YOURS to claim. It amazes me how irresponsible the 'trusted' leaders of society are. It's this kind of selfishness that leads to trouble.Dyluck wrote:It is only a place that you claimed by yourself though the land is not for you alone to claim.
@Grant Herion: First, if I never personally said those things you said I did. Secondly, if you really did leave Troll's Bane, then what does our verdict matter to you if we don't go to catch you and you don't come to the town?
Why do you change the subject to Lyrenzia? Lyrenzia never claimed ownership to the land. It is YOU claimed to own it more than everyone else. What makes you think YOU own it more than anyone else who could just come and claim it? What makes you think we should standby while you carve out a portion of the island and then kill people against their will? Silverbrand dug and bought their own territory just like everyone else who owns a building under contract listed under Lyrenzia. You want your own castle to live in? Then earn it legitimately, like everyone else. You think you can just steal a castle that was built by the public people of this town and land was used by people long before you came?
@Darlok: Funny, I didn't realize that accepting the law means for you to cause a drought, bribe the town, and attack people with rotworms.
I know honor is not a word in your vocabulary, but are you trying to bribe the people of Troll's Bane AGAIN? I only remember you cowardly bribing the town to build a castle by causing a drought the first time, but I don't recall any agreement about giving you ownership of any territory or building.
And what garbage is it that you tell your slaves to go roam freely in Troll's Bane when they have never been restricted from entering it in the first place and have always already roamed here hence they write on the walls everyday. What's next? You will go tell your slaves they are free to breathe tomorrow?
@Fooserjohn: Where did you get the "power" or the "right" to slay a demon who threatens the town? I don't remember you or anyone having the right to decide anything, so I wonder where you got the "rights" to have an opinion or reaction to ANY event? Gee, I wonder if having an opinion and reaction to something has any similarities to so-called "deciding guilt". You waste my time when you still haven't grasped the simple concept of anarchy which you advocate for and in itself justifies the existance of everything you complain about. In an anarchy, nobody would have needed a "right" to do "impose" anything, which is what supposedly claim Lyrenzia did.
Get it through your head. In the default of anarchy, there IS no justification for you in anything. In an anarchy, everbody "self-imposes", "decides", and goes "enforce" everything to their best interest using the strength that they have, INCLUDING intrude on other people to do what they see as justice.. To an anarchist, Lyrenzia is just another person "free" to do ANYTHING, just like everyone else, The only difference for an anarchist is that Lyrenzia has a bigger sword to do its business than everyone else now that's all.
Your argument consists of "Everybody should be free to do anything" and yet you say "You should not be free to affect my freedom". What the hell do you think anarchy is?
Would you rather Lyrenzia be like YOU or an anarchist instead? No trial, justice for friends only, enemies automatically guilty, punishment death? You'd probably say Lyrenzia is no more "fair" than any other normal person, but that would only prove my argument that Lyrenzia at worse is only the same as things before. And unlike you or an anarchist, we still have open trials and prison instead of death.

Darlok has made his points, and good ones at that, and so I ask,
Had Darlok recieved lesser punishment for his actions, would there be a war time now? Would there have been a drought, slave labor, rotworm attacks , two anarchial sides, and utter chaos?
I think we should have a trial, against both Darlok AND Dyluck and then maybe, JUST maybe we can end this FINALLY?

Dyluck, I believe you are doing a fine job of implying that you are the self proclaimed decision maker of this island. It is important to remember that Darlok now rules the north, and his establishment of the castle has proven that already. Much of the land remains lawless, and I would like to keep it that way.
-Bloody Moon

Darlok has given power in the form of the priceless source, he has payed for his castle, perhaps not in the form of money, but sharing this power with other citizens is your decision Dyluck, after all they were the ones who broke their backs working. Perhaps Dyluck should pay the citizens in money if he wants to keep the source to himself or hand it over to the one's who earned it.

Oh Darlok,
selfproclaimed socalled Lord.
Removing your citizenship was after you did all this, Dyluck said. Your blackmail, your drought, your havoc through rotworms was the reason for removing you. It is ridicilous, that you know say, after removing you don't care about laws. You haven't cared about laws long before. Don't make yourself look as the brave man, you aren't.
The gods won't watch your overbearing and arrogante way.
You have my compassion Darlok, as I once know, who you are and see now, what you got.

As Dyluck often said, we only took the right, every other persons has also in Anarchy that was before. But if you say, we have lost honor and courage by using innocent as living shields, than you have lost honor and courage long ago. It is more dishonor and cowardly to send a drought over many people, innocent, young and old ones, children, taking away their resources to live. Using blackmail and threats to reach your goal. What honor and courage does this have? And yet, you were unable to remove, what you have brought.Darlok wrote:I dont "bribe" anyone of Trolls Bane, only Lyrenzia. Be greeted old man Aragon,
obvisuly you got confused in your old days, but I have to blame myself.
I was dragged down by Dylucks style of discussion a matter.
I was vague and unclear.
To your intressting first point:
Me as a criminal, because I used a magical source, with the unhappily side-effect of the prestent drought.
There is no Lyrenzia Law that forbids such an action, or can you name one?
To your laughable second point:
Thankfuly you admitted that you took yourself the rights of other, so dont complain when others do the same.
The unessessary events and ways, that I was forced to use, resulted due to the incooporation, arogant and agressive behavior of Lyrenzia-Individuals towards my person.
To your fascination third point:
"And that's also ridiculous, taking away the right you declare for yourself from others. Seemed that you feel like a god, that your word is the only valid one. But the ones, who lifts themselfs high, will fall deep. "
I think this perfecly aplies to Lyrenzia when I would say that.
Intressting, isnt it?
You complain about something youself did, just read what you have written above.
You have become old, confused and maybe you should think about a retirement.

As you can see here clear, you used this so called "side-effect" for your blackmailing, threatening the town with death through your drought.Darlok wrote:People of this sin pool called 'Trolls Bane',
Either you rebuild my Castle, or drown in the unstoppable masses of this sand.

Dearest Aragon,
yet again you prove yourself as unable to devide the facts from fiction.
But them, unable to come to a decission, prefed to force me onto a way more direct, more pushing.
Dont blame me, for your inability of governing a town.

Has the council made a decision on our fates yet? Or would you prefer the people of Trollsbane make the choice individually by the casting of votes?
Please, by the grace of the Gods, we must act quickly!
