How to make a new character

I was recent;y accepted, and although it was a long wait it was longer than automated. I was just curious if new characters on a same account take the same amount of time. I would think not because they would just have to accept the name not the test since you already passed. If anyone knows a average time I would be pleased to hear it. Thank you

As long as it takes to add Characters to your Account.


But of course, you understand it right, it is shorter. Because we dont need to wait for your answer.

This is no Wildcard to submitt millions of other Characters.
