how do i do a picture in forum?

how do i make a picture to be viewed beside my details when i post in this forum?

go into your profile, down at the bottom you can browse your computer for a picture. It cannot be more than 80*80 and must be less than 8kb.

Saurin you've got a great portraits website, I liked it very much.
I need to ask you something. The pictures you took from Age OF Wonders, did you get the pictures large or they were all small. I'm asking this question because I tried to get the pictures but they were small. If you just tell me how I would appriciate it. Thanks!

I think they were a bit bigger than they are now, but not that big!
Perhaps 3 times as big as now!
But if you want to ask me where I got them from, there's no need, cause I don't remember anymore, sorry...
