Hovering in front of the town wall, a trained crow pulls a tack holding parchments from the wall. Landing on ground beneath, he pulls a rolled parchment from the binding around his foot. Within moments a new parchment, slightly warped from being rolled, is hung among the rest.

Assorted hunters and butchers needed.

Accepted persons will be paid from 20 gold to 1 ingot per hunt, depending on quarry.

Why would someone need a small army to hunt animals? Or perhaps we are talking beasts, demons and monsters? Are we to weak to do that ourself? Ohh yes, ohh yes we are perhaps..
