What has happened to this land? I left without notice to fight a war for my country... I come back to a wasteland? What has happened?

A voice from a black cloaked man behind Kasume speaks, pointing to the distant castle.

The man disapears into the daylight in an instant, leaving Kasume to his thoughts.

A stranger slowly walks by carrying a peice of a broken shovel, kicking some lose rocks as he goes by.
