Sorry, none of the players know and the admin won't likely give you an answer. The only thing people can say to you is wait wait wait. Sometimes it takes quite awhile, sometimes it's only a few days.
I think usually a week....I think they add them every certain amount of days, or when so many accumulate. I saw some 50***'s so you should check if you can log on.
