She just means everything that Lyrenzia plans in general, not some important plan against Darlok that nobody ever heard of before that she somehow knew about.
It doesnt take a genious to figure that out.

Me heard this is democracy. An me heard dat means evry person get to vote and enter. Zerbus is own person wif own opinion. If you block him den this is not democracy!

Anyway, it not Darlok who vote for Zerbus an get him in. It townspeople who vote whoever in, an it the townspeople you say you want vote from. There no problem wif dat.

If you stop people votin friends you stop nomination. Cuz you only vote for who you know duz job best. Uverwise, no-one will vote cuz you don know who does job best. If dat so, why not pick name from hat?

I think all members of the movement "brotherhood" have the same order - like Darlok dare to them:

And how about you make every vote for Zerbus not count as well because you don't want him in. If you want democracy you must accept that anyone can become a councilor. Unless you prefer to control who is acceptable...

Remember that Grant, you have called yourself, and members of the movemnet, outlaws, therefore, you are a criminal, and wouldn't that mean, you and anyone in the movement can not vote. As you do things outside the law, you should not include yourself with thigs that have to do with the law.
