You have changed my passcode, I know this as I have tried to log in recently. Me and my counter part of MAnnelig have come to an agreement on seperate chracters with differant names...for instance
Mannelig and mannelig.

In all logic you would have sent the passcode to the email address provided in the profile all use of this adress has been closed off. I do not own an email adress, nor have I planned to.
As you can see, I have changed my profile accordingly,and changed the passcode to a differant one so my counterpart cannot use it. If you would kindly sent the new passcode to my messenger it would be greatly appreicated.

Your "conterpart" (or you?) has accused himself (or you?) of breaking the rules of Illarion. The character has therefore been deleted. You can start ONE new character named "Mannelig", but of course not TWO (Mannelig and mannelig). This would be against the rules again.

you and your counterpart should maybe try to annoy another game. leave illarion alone, i can't see a single reason why you should stay here. you don't even understand the most simple rules, you keep on getting on everyone's nerves, just let it be. play quake or something.

:biggrin: guessing one of them was me. If it makes you happy, my "post" wasnt directed to you either, and other than the fact this is (as martin said) PUBLIC forum, i just love to see you do some of your "useless chattering along."

By the way, these are the creators of Illarion you are talking too. They are basicly GODS and DEMI-GODS, they dont have to play FAIR and follow the rules. GODS can order massive killings on us if they wanted too... (please dont):cheesy: .
Martin explained/said something to me a long time ago, that can relate to this so i will use it.
(note, martin's theme of the message he used is not what im using it as)

"The Moderators"-Gods of Illarion or demi-Gods can be riding in cars, planes,carry machine guns and stuff like that. They can have superhuman strength, intelligence and so on, know any spell from beginning, have unlimited mana and are IMMORTAL!!!

and they certainly DONT lack in "write well structured texts"-skill.

so basicly this game is as corrupted as everyother bleeding game out there!
the dev team work for self enjoyment under the pretext of helpping the public when its thier own goals they strive to complete at any price. As well as the above they enjoy breaking rules they put in place in the first place, for shame. This game has so much more potintiel then that.
IF you think I will quit, you are mistaken. I will continue my story until it is time it is over.
And finnaly at the goo goo man, I am tired of you bothering me, you persist and persist, all it does is give me more anger to my emotions, which cuases harm to myself and others, it is best if you are more polite to people, you may make friends other then sucking up to the dev teams of online games.

12. Trading of characters
Characters can not be borrowed, exchanged or sold to anyone. An exception are characters for quests which are mostly played by game masters.

OK now I know what crime Mannelig has commited as to why his char got deleted but leave of him guys. Like come on how many people have two chars 3 - 4 - 5 even and how would you like it if you were askin a simple enough question and have other come and talk crap. As for all the dictation of rules when you follow them all to the full stop then you can throw stones at others. And as for the fact that the Creators of the game chars are this and that and all powerful, arnt they supposed to be gods and aint gods all powerful? any how, stop picking on people for mudane things

if this game is sooo corrupted, then just don't play it. there are hundreds of different games, you don't have to deal with illarion. look, we're just stupid fools trying to annoy players and giving a damn shit about what they say. you don't like the game, we don't like you, so what? it's not a big deal to just leave illarion and its people alone.

Yes, I admit it: I have created the whole game just to have fun in the game, that I don't allow the players to have. This is also the reason, why I have played the game for about 4 hours in 3 years and worked for about the same amount of hours every day for three years.

@Drathe: The problem is not, that he has more than one character (which is allowed), it is, that TWO persons share ONE character. The bad thing about this is as follows:

How should you roleplay and interact, with other persons, if your character is played by different persons? One day person A meets someone with the character and plays with him. One day the character may be a very nice and gentle person, the other day a complete bully, because someone else is controling it.

Bror, it would help you to log on every once in a while. Check progress for yourself, interact with others...do something other then devolop and spend money....
I know you and the team work hard, and my cudos to them. But this game has far outgrown your little fun maker of olde, and you should act accordingly. This game outdoes most 2d and even some 3d in graphics and gameplay, the interface is easy enough to learn and challenging at beginning but the only problem is there are far to many non RPers, PKers and Powergamers ruining the atmosphere.
About the two peole on one char, your analysis is flawwed. Using such modern methods as ICQ one can tell the other what has been happening in the characters life.

And will someone put duct tape on the guy who seems to be from kindergarten's mouth? (( yes it is spelled with a gart not garden which is a colleciton of plants and the like.))

this word comes from the german word "kindergarten", which means, of course, nothing else than "kindergarden". "kinder" means "children" and "garten" means "garden".

@Mannelig: Bror used to play earlier in the testing, and we had our fair share of non-Rp'ers. In fact, I don't think anyone Rp'ed back when I started playing. I don't see how, if he went into his own game, how he would help Roleplaying. People would 'Ooh' and 'Aah' at his low number, and say his name even though they never have seen them before. His job is programming the game. He could shut off the server and leave us all in the dark, but he is VERY EXTREMELY nice and generous so he lets us play his game he made. Almost every day (if not every day) he is working on the new server so we can enjoy a better Illarion. Think all of this over before you make the silly mistake of insulting a programmer again.

The following are facts that illarion is dying out:
OOCers
Powergamers
Towncasters (lagmakers)
GM's that also non RP, not to mention names but they know who they are

The mere fact that the account system is just an approach, I have an Idea for a better Approach at the situation if anyone is interested. The fact that there will be a new server with shiny new things doesent mean that it will be salvation. I understand that bror works hard on the game Desgning, cutting GFX files, pasting programming, rinsing, repeating. But if he took the time just to create a new account and log on and observe the happening other then watching server logs he would get a differant perspective, the one of The Player, and then god help me for saying so he might understand and use these views to be put toward the game itself, this is not an insult its a suggestion. I thank bror for his hardwork. The game has come far from when I made my first character in Build 19. But it has a distance to break the barrier that binds Virtual Chat Game and True Role Playing Game.
