Second Dance Contest

Dear citizens of Troll´s Bane, Silverbrand and Bloodskullcave,
in these times of need it´s necessary that we, the citizens of our island remind ourself on the graceful aspects of life and defeat the sorrows for some hours. Thus we announce hereby that the second dance contest will be held, accompanied by a festival of joy.

Every dancing couple is invited to enrol to this wonderful event for that this day will be a day to remember and a day of refreshment. Also all winerer, brewer and chefs are asked to do their part to this festival, dwarven beer, elven wine and roast pork, there should be no lack of theses.

Last day to enrol will be two days before the great day ((29.08.)), don´t hesitate and show the people of our island that grief doesn´t torture us. Additionally, large formations of dancers are also invited to show their art, a formless enrolment is sufficient for this, best of all just here at this board.

Date: The last day of this month ((31.08.))
Time: The 22th hour of the day ((22:00 CET))
Place: The small garden west of the decayed temple

Zweiter Tanzwettbewerb

Werte Bürger von Troll´s Bane, Silberbrand und der Bloodskullhöhle,
in diesen Zeiten der Not ist es unabdingbar, dass wir, die Bürger unserer Insel, uns auf die schönen Dinge des Lebens besinnen und den Trübsaal für einige Stunden besiegen. Zu diesem Zweck verkünden wir nunmehr die Durchführung des zweiten Tanzwettbewerbes, welche in ein Festival der Freude eingebettet sein wird.

Ein jedes Tanzpaar sei eingeladen, sich zu diesem wundervollen Ereignis anzumelden, so dass dieser Tag uns allen in erquickender Erinnerung bleiben wird. Auch wird gebeten, dass die Kelterer, Braumeister und Kochkünstler ihren Beitrag zu diesem Festival leisten, Zwergenbier, Elfenwein und Schweinebraten, daran soll kein Mangel herrschen.

Anmeldeschluss für Paare sei zwei Tage vor dem großen Tag ((29.08.)), scheut euch nicht und zeigt den Bürgern unserer Insel, dass der Gram uns nicht martert. Des weiteren können größere Formationen außer Konkurrenz ebenfalls ihre Tanzkünste darbieten, auch hierzu reicht eine formlose Anmeldung, am besten gleich hier an diesem Brett.

Das ist eine wundervolle Idee, ich bin mir sicher das ich da sein werde, doch werde ich nicht tanzen, für einen Wettbewerb reichen meine Künste bestimmt nicht aus.
Hach wie schön, endlich einmal wieder ein Fest welches man unbeschwert geniesen kann.

Also, ich finde die Idee ausgesprochen gut. Ich werd mal schauen ob ich kommen kann, aber ich denke schon, sowas kann ich mir ja nicht entgehen lassen.
Nur tanzen!? Ich weiss nicht so recht, da verlier ich bestimmt. Aber naja, was soll´s, wir wollen ja alle unseren Spaß.

Werte Belgi,

in Anbetracht der gegenwärtigen Lage, finde ich für mich einen derartigen Wettbeweb unpassend.

Sollte aber jemand einen Regentanz oder dergleichen aufführen können wäre ich sehr angetan.

vielen Dank für das rege Interesse an dem zweiten Tanzwettbewerb. Traut euren Fähigkeiten und meldet euch paarweise an, ihr habt nichts zu verlieren, ein jeder kann tanzen, glaubt mir!

Trotz aller Sorgen sollten wir uns den Spass am Leben nicht nehmen lassen, sollte dies geschehen, so haben die dunklen Mächte bereits gewonnen.

I'm sorry but I will not be able to make it fer thee dance contest today. I hade a little accident down in thee mines and meh ankle was sprained. It's healin' so I won't be able to dance today. I'll be stayin' down in silverbrand. Again I'm truly sorry.
