Where do I start?

As the topic says... where do I start? What should the very first thing I should do as soon as my character enters the world of illarion? Is there anything that i should know before I start adventuring?

You will start in the library of the Grey Light (if nothing has changed the last weeks).

You should better stay the first days in town because usualy there are no monsters. Just try to talk to someone... most people offer you their help gladly. Make some friends, they´ll help you getting started.

Does everyone start at the libary? I understood that differant races start at differant places...

Not yet. When the new map is made then there will be cities for each race.

As there are no different towns for each race, this is not implemented yet. As far as I know everyone starts in Troll´s Bane... in the library.

What exactly is the big map going to be? I have heard it will be a mainland you can go to. So people will leave our island, or is it just a larger part of the island? I am curious to know and if any GM wants to tell me it would be appreciated.
