I am new, that I admit.
I have read most of the helpful things on the site. (e.g. skills, abilities, economy and etc.)
What I would like to know is, if your character is created, but he is balanced, and I mean really, is that a problem, or is it fine?
Will he become a target for "evül" players?
Or can he actually stand a chance?

Do you mean the ablities when you creat the character with a client? Well it's fine if you balance it, everyone can be a target for evil person, monsters etc. Nobody even knows what you're abilites are. I even forgot mine long time ago
Well it's fine for the fist character, after a time you will see what you may did wrong and change it one your second, third...

Well I hope you don't start to be a powergamer, because there is no need to be the best, the most powerful swordman in illarion. There are a lot good swordman, but they start to complain if you're just there for two days and you're able to defeat a demon (Please look at the discussion on the main board) And it really is bad RP if you do so.
My character is there for almost 2 years and I'm happy when I survive one of the "little" monsters.

Hehehe, my intetion is to never powergame, why?
Because I hate people who do! It's annoying to have people powergamiing, after only a week:
- Hi, I defeated a mummy today.
- Hahaha! I slayed a beholder and 2 demons, hahaha!

I will certainly not powergame, however, I still "wish" notice "wish" to become a mighty swordsman One day, sometime in the future that is.
