paper? papier?

Post by Azato Menta »

english version below

i don't know if it has been written already, but how about paper, books, or
diarys where you can write inside? so we could write books and many other things!

And then you can write letters too! New jobs could be created like mail delivery person!! Great idea! I think we should have paper/books and write stuff! Then once we can build houses, we could build some medieval sort of mailbox..... hmmmmm.

I think pens, ink, paper, and delivery persons are great ideas. People could steal out of your mailbox, and they didn't have mailboxes!

I like this idea but then anyone could read your mail.Hmm.....well that could help spys, let's say two guilds were fight and one guild sent plans to one of it's members,a spy could steal the plans and give them to the other guilf for money   .I like the sound of that

Instead of mailboxes, maybe there could be a new kind of depot that is kept outside of everyones house, that you can put letters in, but I dont think anyone else should be able to steal the letters... It could be like a depot, you can only look in your own.

I think that is a great idea. Then we can write little notes to our loved ones.

It could also be some special kind of a messaging system for Illarion. There should be a way to leave someone a message or send someone a message by carrier pigeon, maybe with its own skill system?
Well, there could be a lot functions added to that idea.

Good idea, but probably would take much bandwith.
I had this idea that a smith or something could carve text on swords, rings, etc. Nothing long, just a word or two. Maybe as some skill increases, you could carve on smaller things. This would make certain items unique, as in many fantasy stories warriors name their weapons. And if two characters get married, think about wedding rings that would have their names carved in them :P
