Arrows should be able to go farther

I do not like how short of range arrows have without wind potions. I believe arrows should be made to go much farther.

Also if not already impemelnted i also think that the range of the other weapons should differ(I have not used all of them so i do not know))

Ever thinked of the range in illarion?
You must shout to hear someone out of you screen sight .When you shout in normal live?Now think of it because the range is good so how it and can you attack something you not see?

And these are not machined presicion made bows and arrows. They are made from widdling wood! You go make a bow and arrows with just a tree and an ax and see how far it will shoot. Probably far shorter than in the game

It's not like we have compound bows in these days, you know. I think the range is just fine, but now, it's a matter of getting the player to see who is attacking who. We still have a major sniping problem on our hands...

Even from widdled wood a bow could make an arrow fly 50 yards

Hehehe. They could fly well over 50 yards. Longbows could fly 240 yards. Even if we just have a regular bow, they can fly quite a distance

I think that as far as arrows go, they are as good as they can get. As you do not want someone to be arching you from across town as you would never get to that person, and would never be able to run away. I think across screen is far enough.
Problem is that you don't know who is sniping you, or if you are being sniped. I don't think there is a noise...
